After You Contact Us

You will receive a Welcome Link to our secure Client Portal in TherapyNotes.

Once you log in, you’ll see the required forms to complete and upload prior to your first session.

Please note: your counselor cannot meet with you until these forms are completed, so make this a priority.
The Client Portal is also where you can:

Submit payments

Request appointments

Access your virtual teletherapy sessions
If you need help logging in or completing forms, please reach out — we’re happy to guide you.
Appointments & Scheduling

At your intake session, your counselor will help you schedule your next appointment before you leave.

Future sessions can be scheduled through the Client Portal or by contacting our office via email or phone.

Appointment times do fill up quickly. If your preferred day or time isn’t available, we ask for your grace and understanding.
We also offer virtual appointments if you are unable to attend in person, traveling, or prefer teletherapy. Our goal is to remain flexible and supportive of your counseling journey.
Insurance Note
We partner with Headway, a third-party service, to bill insurance.

After you set up your TherapyNotes Client Portal, you will also receive an email invitation from Headway to create your insurance account.

Both accounts must be completed to confirm coverage and ensure your sessions are billed properly.

Counseling one-on-one whether in the office or via telehealth at home is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself or someone you love.

The Couple or Family is a system that, when working properly, is a beautiful thing. Sometimes, however, the system needs some help and that's where we come in!

Pre-Marital Counseling Package
As an approved facilitator for the Twogether in Texas program, this course comes with all the benefits of pre-marital counseling plus some extra perks from the State of Texas upon completion!
Private Rate
Ministerial Counseling
Ministry doesn't mean perfection. These sessions are reserved for active or retired ministers, their spouses and/or their children. Contact us to book these reduced rate sessions.
