Your First Appointment
One Step at a Time
The first step is sometimes the hardest and we are cheering you on already! Please fill out the form below to set up your first appointment. We will need your name, email and date of birth to get started.

Once you have contacted us for your first appointment we will send you a Welcome Link to our Client Portal in TherapyNotes. Once you have signed in there will be various Forms assigned for you to complete and upload prior to your session in order to expedite your care. Please be aware your counselor cannot see you until this information is signed and returned so make this a priority. This Client Portal is where payments can be applied, appointment requests can be made, and where any virtual teletherapy sessions will be conducted so make sure your account is set up. If you're having trouble please reach out to us.
After your initial intake, your counselor will try to schedule your next appointment before the end of your session. Future appointments can also be booked through the Client Portal or by contacting our office via email or phone. Please note, appointments fill up fast so your preferred day or time may not be available, we ask for your grace and understanding. Please also note we offer virtual appointments as well in case you are unable to come on site, live or have to go out of town etc. We try to remain as flexible as we can to make sure your counseling journey is a success!

The Couple or Family is a system that when working properly is a beautiful thing. Sometimes, however, the system needs some help and that's where we come in!

Pre-Marital Counseling Package
As an approved facilitator for the Twogether in Texas program, this course comes with all the benefits of pre-marital counseling plus some extra perks from the State of Texas upon completion!

Ministerial Counseling
Ministry doesn't mean perfection. These sessions are reserved for active or retired ministers, their spouses and/or their children. Contact us to book these reduced rate sessions.
